She made a guest appearance as herself in the eighth episode of the series developed by comedians and actors Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. Titled “The Golden Globes,” this episode was dropped on the streaming service on Wednesday.

In the episode featuring D’Amelio’s appearance, Rogen’s character tries to get actress and director Zöe Kravitz to thank him in her acceptance speech at the Golden Globes Awards.
Damelio is not the sole cast member of the series who hails from Connecticut. The lead actress of “WandaVision” also has ties to the state.
Kathryn Hahn, who graduated from Yale,

In December 2024, she mentioned that her character draws inspiration from several Hollywood businesswomen she has encountered throughout her career.
“They come from a time in which you had to really fricking act like a dude in order to stay in the game and have this kind of patriarchal, ‘got to keep up with all the guys’ kind of vibe,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “There’s an amazing quiet desperation in her that I had a lot of empathy for.”
The returning ensemble features Catherine O’Hara, Bryan Cranston, Ike Barinholtz, and Chase Sui Wonders. Additionally, guest stars appearing throughout the series encompass Martin Scorsese, Greta Lee, Zac Efron, Anthony Mackie, Charlize Theron, and Adam Scott alongside D’Amelio’s cameo.
