Free Movies in Redwood City This Summer: Full List Revealed

REDWOOD CITY, CA — This summer, the free “Movies on the Square” series returns to downtown Redwood City with a fresh selection of blockbuster musicals, indie flicks, and beloved 1990s classics for you to enjoy.

On June 5th, residents will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary movies outdoors at Courthouse Square each Thursday. The family-oriented screenings begin at 6 p.m., followed by indie short films at 8 p.m. Conclude your evening with either a recently released blockbuster or an iconic classic starting at 8:30 p.m.

On June 19, be sure to watch a special Juneteenth screening of films by black independent creators, followed by a presentation titled “Bob Marley: One Love.”

Every movie is shown in high-definition with immersive surround sound. Feel free to reserve a table or bring your own blanket.
