Following a stressful day where Link agonized over crafting heartfelt vows for their hastily arranged wedding—while Jo struggled to counteract his mother’s inclination towards garish blue eyeshadow and an ill-chosen loaned veil—all throughout, Miranda Bailey was there.

The words for the song were:

Playing this guitar might appear as though I’m unsure of how to express myself.

But I swear I have the answers to the questions of the day.

Am I pledging to love you forever, remain loyal, and stay honest?

Am I promising to love you for eternity? I am. I am.

We’ve been together during the joyful moments and the sorrowful ones as well.

We were always destined to be together; it simply took us 20 years.

Among various scenarios we’ve witnessed, these include numerous escapes, multiple courthouse marriages, a series of elaborately themed wedding celebrations, and naturally, one memorable occasion tied together with a Post-It note.

This marks the first complete concert event for the series in quite some time, coming after the notable musical episode during Season 7 and several patient performances (Rest in peace forever, Kyle Diaz!).

In another part of the episode, romance appeared to be fading away: Following Amelia’s (
