, enthusiasts have been eagerly demanding more details about the project. Fortunately, the film’s director has responded by providing an additional snippet of information—and it’s precisely what we were wishing to hear.
Jordan Tannahill, the playwright and filmmaker,

To unveil the initial promotional art for the movie, while hinting at what viewers can expect from the film in the caption of the post. As per Tannahill,

It’s a 14th-century horror movie centered around a group of Cistercian monks dealing with the outbreak of the Black Plague. The setting will be scorching, and yes, there will also be zombies involved.
What precisely does “hot” imply when referring to a film involving monks battling a zombie apocalypse? Perhaps this relates to the casting choices: alongside Connor,

’s initial announcement of the movie, it’s set at a remote British monastery in the year 1348, where 10 monks are faced with the moral dilemma of helping commoners escape the zombie apocalypse or protecting themselves and the valuable knowledge stored in the monastery.
Presuming that Connor, Ríos, and Poulter are playing three of those monks, seven more actors have yet to be announced to round out
Rapture
is monk-like quality—and if we believe Tannahill, this suggests ample opportunity for things to become even steamier (and possibly more zombie-infested).
In his posting, Tannahill likewise verified that
Rapture
