The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) has consented to collaborate with One America News Network (OAN) to supply news feed services to the agency’s networks. These networks encompass the Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB), Florida-based Radio Martí, and Voice of America (VOA).
After OCB proposed that we look into using OAN as a potential news feed option for the government-sponsored news outlet based in Miami and aimed at Cuba, I followed up with OAN,” Lake stated. “They responded by offering their news feed and video services without charge.
Lake stated that the agreement would bring significant advantages to the American taxpayers. She also made it clear that in her present position, she doesn’t exert editorial influence over VOA and OCB programming contents. However, she aims to guarantee that these platforms can access dependable and trustworthy sources when developing their reports and newscasts.
“And each day, I search for methods to conserve funds for American taxpayers. Incorporating OAN as our video/news provider achieves this objective,” Lake stated. “OAN stands out as one of the remaining family-operated American media networks in the U.S. We appreciate their kindness.”
OAN is a network that supports Trump.
